Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of EconSwarm subscriptions and one-time products from EconSwarm. All EconSwarm orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for our orders and handles payments, invoicing and returns.
30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address you used at checkout, or use the receipt Paddle emailed you.
- Or contact us at hello@econswarm.com and we will help coordinate the refund with Paddle.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your subscription any time from your account page or Paddle's customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to paid features through the end of the current billing period.
